To quickly and easily determine the problem and find a solution, you can grant the support team access to your account via “Support access”. After your request has been resolved, the support team logs out of your account immediately. You can recognize the end of support access by the change of the action field from “Access granted” back to “Support access”. You also have the option of terminating support access at any time using “End access”.
