For a greater reach, the administrator can activate the SMS function in the administration area as an additional communication channel or deactivate it again at a later stage (see Managing communication). The initial set-up of the SMS functionality needs to be done during the initial onboarding or, if later required with the help of the SUPPORT. If the SMS function is activated, your customer receives notifications via SMS in addition to the notifications via email. The texts are preconfigured and are automatically sent by Xolvis.
