Managing repair orders

Within this section, the administrator can specify whether the first email to the customer should only contain an overview of the additional repair needs and media attachments, or whether it should already contain the additional repair request with the specific pricing of the single positions. In case the administrator decides to send out the first information and the additional repair request separately, he can define the period for the service advisor to check the uploaded media before the first information is automatically sent to the customer.
