Managing Email Editor

The Email Editor allows you to add content to pre-built templates as well as customize and build your own. After creating an email template, you can save it to use in future emails to your customers.

In this section, the administrator can select the area of business from the drop down list. The administrator will then choose the language in which he wants to customize the email template, as well as a salutation from the left-hand drop down list.

Furthermore, the administrator can specify the email type for the area of the business; the text template of the email is determined by the subject. The selection has an impact on the email signature and contact information on the customer landing page.
