In this section, the administrator can activate or deactivate the SMS function via a slider. It must be taken into account that additional costs occur when the SMS function is activated (see SMS). Furthermore, the administrator can define whether the contact data of the responsible service advisor or the general contact data of the dealership is displayed to the customer. The selection affects the email signature and the contact details on the customer landing page.
